Dr.Ibrahim Al-Naimi, the chairman of DICID received Mr. Andrew Bradley, the director of The International Institute for Democracy and Electoral Assistance (IDEA) from Sweden. Mr. Andrew Bradley was accompanied by Mrs. Rosinah Ismail-Clarke, the IDEA accounting and administrative officer, Dr..
